fastest way to level (?) - Guild Wars Forums

whats the fastest way to level a character to ascended and all attribute points and level 20

right now i just enter through nf get ferried+ran to droks and farm trolls with a farming build till i hit 15ish

then i roll through nf noob island and get ascended

Easiest way is to just get run through all of the desert missions and ascend in prophecies. At level 12, missions + ascension is level 19. Then if you have friends, hero FoW for an "armor run". The quests should easily get you to 20.

I'd say factions: you should be out of the beginner isle around lvl 10, get to eotn - gunnars hold - box 2-3 times - then ur lvl 20

Zone back and to the atb quest(s) - 10-15min each

I would say Nightfall, I can usually have both of the attribute Quest's done withing two hours and by then I'm on my way to Gunnars.

IMO Eotn boxing at Gunner's Hold is the fastest. Other than that factions is nice since once you get to the mainland all henchies are lvl 20 so you can let them fight and you can stand there and reap the exp.

Just play the game. Factions and Nightfall primary quests and missions give you a ridiculus amount of exp. (my favourite: go outside and speak to the emperor - 3000 exp)

I'm pretty sure you're 20 when the lvl really matters (at Zin Ku Corridor or Chantry of Secrets for UW/FoW).

And I personally like the attribute quests in Factions more than those in NF. (stupid quests that require you to title grind - although you don't seem to have a problem with grinding)

Enjoy your low-lvl time, it's quite short ^^

Very easy tactic : i did it 3 times , with prophecies/factions character : you need to be either N/X either X/N ( N = necromancer ) with death swarm . You need to ask someone to help you to go Lion arch and kamadan ( kamadan is a must because you need koss there ) . Assuming you got all ran etc , you should be now at lvl 3.

Then , bring koss ( important , you need equip him with SoH , lions confort , dash and sever artery ) . The way you're going there , just use death swarm on mobs ( they're always 3 and let koss kill ) . You should be lvl 5 once you get to gates of kryta.

Now , it's easy , you just leave outside and let koss kill mergoyles to get lvl 10 ( it should be very fast , eve nfaster if you use scroll ) . Then , you can just go EOTN boxing to get lvl 20

honestly, i'd do the primary missions/storyline. it won't even feel like grinding levels at all since your experiencing a story. plus you'll have the benefit of having multiple outposts unlocked for easy access. i mean, whats the point of being lvl20 if you have very few areas to play in? also, do you even have hard mode unlocked yet?

NF, just do the quests, missions.
Factions, Easy enough.
Prophecies, Farm bandits in pre till level 6, do charr at the gate over and over till level 8-9, (Have to take quest from rurik, go let him kill charr, DONT GET REWARD!!! make your way too the bull, kill it, zone back to ascalon, abandon quest, repeat over and over). Go to post, do a few missions, Pick up the cities of ascalon quest(its easy) do that quest, maybe another mission and youll be level 10, gt ran to lions arch go to EOTN, box (WITH SCROLLS) till level 20, get ran to desert, all outposts do the missions (theyre easy) ascend if you go /War.... just take a few extra minutes, get ursan blessing or something.. Dwarven boxing skills work, but equip Frenzy, thats the only skill hell be able to use, since he cant use pve skills and its quik and easy. go do the attribute quests. it'd prob be good to have outposts in southern shiverpeaks ran so you can easily do the 2nd quest.
